Gabrielle Jackson, a junior in the Public Policy Degree Program, is holding a booksigning for her work Not Another Teen Rally. This book is a guide to equip her generation to make a Christian impact on their communities. Please support Gabrielle and celebrate her accomplishment at this special event.

First Priority: Strategies for our Churches and Communities featuring Benny Proffitt. This is a community event organized by the Kingdom Builders Foundation and co-sponsored by the Public Policy Department. Join community members in discussing strategies to address our communities most pressing concerns.

4th Annual Constitution Day Forum: Policy Implications of the Marriage Initiative. This year’s Constitution Day Forum will feature an expert panel that will discuss the constitutional and societal impact of Proposition 8. Panelists include Bill Clark of Bayside Church and Brad Dacus of the Pacific Justice Institute. Please join students, community members, and policy leaders in this significant Constitution Day Forum.

Economic Roundtable on Human Trafficking. The Public Policy Department is co-sponsoring this event with the Orange County Task Force on Human Trafficking, Agape International, the WJU Chapter of the International Justice Mission, and the WJU Business Department. The event features Laura Lederer who serves as the U.S. State Department’s senior official on the monitoring of human trafficking as well as a host of expert panelists from Northern and Southern California . The event will explore the issue and the impact in our communities. Please join policy and business leaders and advocates for this important policy event.
